Prayer time calculation methods
Fajr and Isha are not a single worldwide clock. Bodies pick a solar depression angle (or a fixed interval after Maghrib). Asr uses either the Shafi/Maliki/Hanbali shadow (length of the object) or the Hanafi shadow (twice that). This site defaults each city to a method that is commonly cited for that country. Your mosque can still add a one- or two-minute offset.

Malaysia and Singapore default to the MUIS/Singapore parameters in the Adhan library. That is close to, but not an official dump of, JAKIM tables. Saudi cities default to Umm al-Qura. North American cities default to ISNA.
